21 Day's to make a habit.
I do believe that 21 day's to make a habit is a myth. Habits take a long time to form. The exact time depends on a lots of factors and isn’t nearly as important as the overall outcome. So forget about the number of days and do the work.
Understanding this from the beginning would have made this easier for me manage my goals and my expectations and commit to making small, incremental improvements — rather than pressuring myself into thinking that I had to do it all at once.
I have learned 3 things.
1. Embracing longer timelines to help realize that habits are a process and not an event.
2. I am not perfect so stop trying to be. Just be Crafty.....Tessie
3. Don't get down on myself and I just needed to do the work.
